It is in an industry that most have never been exposed to - HVAC.

You’d be helping homeowners uncover problems that they experience on a day to day which they have grown accustomed to and providing alternative solution that they didn’t know existed.

At modern PURAIR also known as the indoor quality experts, we help businesses, and homeowners cut their utility costs, relieve allergies, congestions, and seasonal sickness while providing hospital-grade purified air

Now **for the first time ever in Kelowna**, we are doing door-to-door sales for single-family homes, trailer parks, inside of condominium buildings, townhouses, duplexesall of it.

**A few things to note.**
- The Kelowna & West Kelowna market has NEVER been knocked by an HVAC company**UNTAPPED market**
- We will work inside buildings, on the streets, in the snow, rain, or sunshine
- The **commissions are uncapped. And you can earn up to a $1000 in commissions per door.**
- We are looking to rapidly grow the team and promote within for sales leadership and management
- Everything is teachable, even if you have never sold before you can be taught if you are coachable

**Who this is not for**
- The “Yah-Yah-Yah Guy” who knows everything but doesn’t have the discipline to truly implement with consistency and excellence.
- The “Excuse Guy” who always finds reasons not to take action.
- The “Fear Guy” who won’t try new things.
- The “I-Don’t-Want-Change Guy” who is trapped.
- Someone who is not willing to learn nor changeaka uncoachable.
- We don’t hire a**holes

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
