We are currently seeking a **Qualified Lead Hand/Supervisor** to join our existing team for projects in **Skookumchuck**, located in BC.

**Responsibilities**
- To act as an on-site, working, project lead, delivering customer satisfaction
- To provide site safety oversight
- Coach, mentor, and job shadowing new workers (on the job training)
- Manage performance of workers including completing project evaluations
- Participate in all pre-job and daily tailgate meetings
- Responsible for performing labour duties
- Assess work-site hazards
- Communicate all hazards and conditions involved in the work site with Supervisor

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years’ experience in industrial setting
- Experience as a lead is a definite asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership experience
- Ability to multitask
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Possess reliable transportation to get to and from site
- Must have a personal cellphone as well as basic computer knowledge
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must speak and write English fluently
- Must provide own ankle covering steel toed boots
- OFA 1 considered an asset but not required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.08 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

Work Location: One location
