**Position**: Full-time and Part-time Sales Associates

**Sales Associate Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service in an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and handle merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments and stocking shelves.
- Engage customers and encourage participation in our loyalty program.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff.
- Physical capability to lift 20-25 kg boxes.
- Basic calculation skills for cash register operation.
- Valid Serving It Right certificate (or readiness to obtain).
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
