We are the largest retailer of alcohol beverages in the Cowichan Valley specializing in local and imported wines, spirits and craft beer. Our staff are dedicated to the highest quality of customer service delivered with individual pride, initiative, and passion. We care about our customers, our suppliers and our team.

We are currently seeking energetic, friendly, and customer service focused individuals to join us. You may be interested in a few shifts a week or full-time work. If so, we are interested in you.

**Sales associate responsibilities**:

- Assuring customers receive exemplary service in a positive shopping environment.
- Ensuring the store is visually appealing in product presentation.
- Supporting co-workers with good communication, sharing knowledge, stocking and assisting in customer interactions.
- Performing point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments of product and transferring it to the cooler and sales floor.
- Engaging customers to participate in Beverly Corners Rewards Pal Program.

**Job requirements**:

- Be at least 19 years of age
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work positively in a team environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff in a professional manner.
- Perform physical work including lifting 20-25 kg boxes.
- Demonstrate basic calculation skills to operate a cash register.
- Possess a valid Serving It Right certificate upon commencement of work.
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
