We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, experienced, and operations-savvy General Manager who can keep the energy high, the games buzzing, and the guests smiling. If you’ve got a strong background in entertainment venues, especially in managing redemption and arcade game operations, we want to hear from you

**️ What You'll Be Doing**:
As our General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of The Playscape—overseeing every element of the business, from the games to the guest experience.

**Operations & Leadership**
- Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team across all departments (sales, food & beverage, games, events, and guest services)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining brand standards and safety procedures
- Monitor KPIs and financial targets, using data to drive decisions and improvements
- Collaborate with department leads to optimize staffing, scheduling, and workflow

**Redemption & Arcade Oversight**
- Manage and maintain all arcade and redemption games, ensuring optimal functionality and guest satisfaction
- Work with vendors to source and rotate prizes in the redemption store to keep things exciting and appealing
- Track inventory, monitor game performance, and introduce new game experiences to keep the floor fresh and competitive

**Guest Experience & Community Engagement**
- Create a warm, exciting, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages
- Address guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
- Represent The Playscape in the community, building strong local partnerships and driving event opportunities

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3-5+ years of General Manager or senior operations leadership experience in an FEC
- Hands-on experience managing redemption and arcade game operations as an asset
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales, control costs, and exceed performance targets
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable with a guest-first mentality
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in POS systems, scheduling tools, and operational software
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
