Our real estate practice is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Real Estate Law Clerk** to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage residential and commercial real estate files from start to finish, including purchases, sales, refinances, title transfers, and private mortgage transactions.
- Prepare, review, and complete all necessary legal documentation, including agreements of purchase and sale, closing documents, undertakings, trust ledgers, and reporting packages.
- Conduct title searches, prepare requisitions, review off-title searches, and resolve title issues.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, realtors, opposing counsel, title insurance companies, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Coordinate and schedule closings, ensuring all documents and funds are prepared and delivered on time.
- Draft and register documents on Teraview and manage electronic closings.
- Maintain accurate file records, track key dates, and ensure compliance with Law Society of Ontario requirements.
- Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the transaction process.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** as a Real Estate Law Clerk in an Ontario law firm.
- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent legal education is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real estate procedures, Teraview, Conveyancer, and Title Insurance platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
