If you have 1+ years' experience in a law firm environment, have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. **Data Entry Clerk** 1-2 years experience is preferred but willing to train. - Ability to maintain confidential information and discretion - Eager to work in a fast-paced environment - have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated and eager to learn - A great attitude with a desire to work collaboratively - Ability to multi task, display initiative and use sound judgment; - Ability to work well independently and follow instructions with little supervision; - Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; - Must be punctual - Open to work additional hours as needed **Skills and Qualifications** - Must have valid SIN card and be authorized to work in Canada. - Proficiency in Mac OS System (Intermediate to Advance) is a MUST - Excellent computer and typing skills (preferred > 60 wpm with strong accuracy). - 1-2 years experience in data entry is an asset. **Salary** The starting hourly wage is $13.75 with a raise in 6 months for those with limited or no experience. For those with more experience the starting wage would be dependent on their qualifications. **Schedule** - Permanent Full - Time/Part-Time - varied shift -flexible - Hours of operation is Monday to Saturday - Work remotely: ONLY if Necessary (must be authorized, depending on weather, public policy due to Covid-19).
