**Job Overview**
**Job Title: Receptionist & Data Entry Clerk (Entry-Level)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
- Manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments, including setting up meeting spaces
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Process and enter invoices, receipts, and payments into QuickBooks accurately and on time
- Provide administrative support to the Controller
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support the overall office team with day-to-day administrative needs

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or accounting is an asset
- Previous office, reception, or administrative experience is an asset but not required
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks preferred (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Professional, courteous, and reliable work ethic
