Richelieu Hardware is looking for a **Customer Service Representative**for the **Atlantic Countertops, Newfoundland**

**More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to**:

- Focused on logistics, delivery coordination, and management of complex customer orders
- More logistics and operations-oriented (handling deliveries, payments, backorders)
- Includes taking payments, coordinating truck deliveries and with carriersGrowth expected through increased knowledge of products and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both internally and externally)
- Ability to prioritize and complete work independently
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Computer literate. Ability to use Microsoft Office products and general familiarity with ERP software.Able to lift 30 pounds
