**What to expect**:
Speech Bubbles is a small speech therapy clinic located in Langley City. We offers services to clients across the lifespan with varying needs. Our goal is to make sure that our staff are well-treated and are given the respect they deserve, while delivering high-quality speech therapy. Here are just some of the benefits to working at Speech Bubbles:
- **Paid prep time **All clinicians have ample prep time at the beginning and throughout the day.
- **Paid cancellations **If a client cancels you still get paid.
- **Flexible schedule **No more than 7 clients a day
- **Full-Time Scheduling and Admin Assistance** We take care of the billing and scheduling so you can focus on the client's needs.
- **No traveling to clients’ home** All sessions are done in your own office with either a window or a skylight.
- **Everything is provided for you.** We provide materials, flash cards, toys, and any equipment you might need. If we don’t have something you need, let us know.
- **Annual continuing education budget of $350 for Part-Time and $750 for Full-Time**(negotiable).
- **Mentorship meetings.** For new graduates or newer SLPs, you can request to have regularly scheduled meetings with our clinical director to discuss ideas for how to better support your clients.
We want to work with you to help you develop your unique career. If you have interest in group therapy, Hanen certification, focusing on a specific area of speech-language therapy, or anything else, we want to help make that happen. Our goal is to set you up with clients that you can form a good therapeutic connection with and for you to feel like you are making a difference.

**Requirements**:
- Be registered (or be in the process of registering with) CHCPBC
- Have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)

Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
