**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement therapy plans, support students/clients, and help improve communication outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to clients/students as directed by supervising SLP.
- Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP.
- Collect and record accurate data on client performance and progress.
- Prepare materials and set up therapy activities.
- Assist with screenings and informal assessments under SLP supervision.
- Collaborate with the supervising SLP, teachers, caregivers, and other professionals as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

**Experience**
- Experience working with children with communication needs (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in diverse settings.
- Diploma in related field or above is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
