**About Us**:
At GOAT Renovations, we specialize in home renovations and custom home builds, committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are looking for a skilled Carpenter and a Lead Hand to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for executing a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. The Lead Hand will oversee project progress, manage a small team, and ensure quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform carpentry work in residential renovation and custom build projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Supervise and mentor colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a carpenter (Lead Hand experience preferred for the Lead Hand role).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and own tools are an asset.

**To Apply**:
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:
