We are seeking a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Team Lead to actively knock doors while training, managing, and motivating a team of 10-15 door-to-door associates. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will be responsible for leading from the front—setting the example in the field while developing your team’s skills, accountability, and results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and manage 10-15 door-to-door associates
- Conduct daily field training, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
- Actively knock doors and demonstrate effective sales/lead-generation techniques
- Set daily and weekly goals for individuals and the team
- Track performance metrics and ensure targets are met
- Motivate, discipline, and hold team members accountable
- Report daily results and team progress to upper management
- Maintain a positive, professional brand image in the field

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
