We are currently seeking a **Project Manager - Commercial Doors, Frames & Hardware**to join our **Dartmouth, NS**team. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer base and sales volumes by developing a strong working knowledge of the door, frame, and architectural hardware industry together with providing all customers the highest level of service while adhering to corporate initiatives and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers on the phone, in-person, and electronically.
- Estimate product pricing for customer projects.
- Prepare job specific submittals for approval.
- Entry of orders, quotes and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate product sourcing & arrival.
- Identify opportunities and grow business.
- Gain a strong working knowledge of the company’s product offering and sourcing options.
- Interpret detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed submittals/drawings for customer approval and project use.
- Manage, detail, and order material for various projects ensuring products are delivered correct, on time, and on budget.
- Support and assist branch personnel, customers, architects, and vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the Door, Frames, & Hardware industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment.

Full-time, on-site position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
