Our lab performs calibrations on electrical, temperature, pressure, torque, dimensional, and high voltage equipment. We aim for the best customer service, quickest turn around and flawless work.
Sometimes it’s nice to stretch the legs and get out of the lab. We also do onsite calibrations, troubleshooting and repair. During onsite visits, you will have exposure to innovative machinery from all different industries.
Our highly trained sales team will be working closely with you to bring in business and build relationships.

**Inside Sales Representative**
**Who You Are**:
- A determined problem solver.
- A clear communicator who can tackle and understand technical information.
- Multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously.
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Acute attention to detail and loves to keep things organized.
- Accountable and takes ownership of work.
- Loves to work cross functionally with the field sales team.
- Has an interest in instrumentation, reliability, and electrical component industry.
**What Will You Do?**
- Respond to incoming request for price, delivery, and technical information.
- Research and problem solve with customers to find suitable products.
- Work with the field sales team to deliver on requests.
- Manage inventory system, process customer orders and place orders with vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Build towards a field sales position if desired.
