Toronto, Canada Clover Administration Inc. Full time

Clover Administration Inc. is a boutique multi-family office specializing in comprehensive accounting, financial management and planning for a select number of ultra-high net worth/affluent Canadian families.

Our team is currently looking for a **Bookkeeper** to join us on a _full-time permanent basis_. This role is _hybrid_, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our office located in downtown Toronto.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**:

- Record transactions and prepare journal entries using accounting software
- Perform routine banking tasks including making deposits, prepare cheques, paying bills and bank reconciliations
- Maintain and update investment summaries and schedules
- Preparation of financial statements, net worth & cash flow reports
- Preparation of working papers, schedules and other documentation for audits
- Assist in the preparation of GST, personal, trust and corporate tax returns
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Accounting degree or diploma
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Client-focused with a proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Quick learner, technologically proficient and a self-starter
- Experience with software such QuickBooks, Taxprep is an asset
