Customer Service Representative

Delcom Solutions est à la recherche de nouveaux talents pour rejoindre son équipe. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un représentant du service à la clientèle ou CSR qui agira comme agent de liaison et sera responsable de fournir sur place de la formation sur les produits/services, et de l’information après la vente de produits vendus par DELCOM tels que des imprimantes, des appareils multifonctions, des appareils grand format de RICOH, SHARP, LEXMARK, et HP.
**Liste des responsabilités en matière de service à la clientèle**:
- Fournir des informations précises, valides et complètes en utilisant les bonnes méthodes/outils
- Rencontre le client sur les lieux d’installation
- Le représentant à de service à la clientèle formation supporte l’équipe des ventes lors de livraison d’équipement après-vente chez les clients preneur
**Exigences et compétence**s
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule personnel en bonne condition Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation en français et en anglais
- Excellentes compétences en MS Office
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps de manière efficace.
- Ponctualité et respect des horaires de travail
- Bonne gestion du temps
- Organisé et autonome
- Solides compétences en matière de contacts téléphoniques et d'écoute active
- Familiarité avec les systèmes et pratiques de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
- Orientation client et capacité à s'adapter/répondre à différents types de caractères.
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
