Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general labour tasks such as basic repairs inside and outside of a facility.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Coordinate with other team members and external contractors as necessary.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must have a truck or van).
- Must live locally in the Edmonton area.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
