Overview:
We are a small locally owned Parts and Service business that's been providing service for over 45 years. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems in various settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems in commercial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration units
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and repair procedures
- Weld and solder components as needed
- Boil out and clean condensers, coils, and other system parts
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in refrigeration repair work
- Experience with Appliance repair, and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of plumbing principles related to refrigeration systems is a plus

Licence/Certification:

- Gas (preferred)
- Driver's License (required)
- Refrigeration Journeyman license/certificate (required)

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 - 45 per week
