**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, including tapas offerings, ingredients, and drink pairings.
- Suggest and upsell craft cocktails and tapas, offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and restaurant protocols.
- Continuously learn about new menu items, seasonal offerings, and cocktail techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role, preferably in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
- A passion for food, cocktails, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and craft cocktails is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
