We’re looking for you

**Being a Health and Safety Advisor with us means**:

- Optimize workers' compensation and retrospective plan files, including follow-up with consultants and integration of OHS files during acquisitions;
- Implement and update a computerized OHS system, with user support to ensure effective use;
- Create, deploy and maintain occupational health and safety programs, as well as OHS committees;
- Assess OHS risk prevention needs and make recommendations to improve workplace safety;
- Conduct post-accident investigations, make recommendations, follow up on actions and manage visits by CNESST inspectors.

**Will you be our next Health and Safety Advisor?**
- You have a DEC in occupational health and safety, a certificate in OHS, or a BAC in human resources/industrial relations;
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in OHS risk prevention;
- You have experience managing a retrospective plan (mandatory);
- You have excellent decision-making skills;
- You have basic knowledge of the French language (spoken and written for discussions with our French-speaking teams) (asset).
