At Harnois Énergies, we are looking for a**Multiservice Site Manager** to oversee the daily operations of sites offering convenience stores, automated fueling facilities (cardlocks), and other services. **What you’ll do as a Multiservice Site Manager**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with policies.
- Oversee budgets, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for regulated products (alcohol and tobacco).
- Respond to customer needs, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and track competitor pricing.
- Coordinate maintenance, manage supplier relationships, and represent the company in the community.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage schedules, timesheets, and performance while fostering a safe, positive workplace.
- Promote health and safety standards across all sites.

**What we’re looking for in a Multiservice Site Manager**:

- A strong leader with problem-solving abilities and solid business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and general administration (budgeting, financial analysis, resource management).
- Proficiency with Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English; French is an asset.
