BrandBoosty is a fast-growing social media agency with teams in **Canada**, deliver impactful results for our clients. We specialize in social media management, influencer marketing, campaign boosting, and content creation.

**ResponsibilitiesPosition: Account ManagerResponsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Address client concerns and issues in a timely manner, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and social media strategies.
- Keep track of project progress, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve future campaigns and services.
- Prepare reports and updates on account performance to keep clients informed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in client account management, customer service, or a related role in marketing/social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs while managing multiple accounts.
- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find quick resolutions.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and content creation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
