This role is pivotal in developing and executing targeted communication strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. The individual will collaborate within an agile environment to deliver compelling, data-driven campaigns that resonate with existing customers.Key responsibilities include:• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to support CBM programs, (e.g., email, SMS, in-app, and direct mail).• Collaborate with CBM business owner to translate customer insights and segmentation into personalized messaging strategies.• Write, edit, and proofread customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.• Coordinate with creative and digital teams to produce engaging assets and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.• Ensure all communications comply with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.• Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment across channels and teams.• Support testing strategies (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve message effectiveness and engagement.• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Braze) and marketing automation tools.• Familiarity with customer segmentation and data-driven marketing.• Excellent project management and organizational skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.The ideal candidate will possess:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in customer lifecycle or retention marketing. Telecommunications experience would be an asset.• Results orientation, proactive bias for action• Excellent communication skills – especially written.• Strong presentation skills and a demonstrated ability in effective influencing and communications.• Ability to balance the strategic requirements of the role with readiness to action day-to-day transactional requirements as needed.• Bilingual (French) – would be an assetCondition of employment:As a condition of employment and in order to comply with industry related data security standards, this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
