**Job Overview**

This role will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to quality standards.

**Duties**
- Operate machinery and other equipment according to specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to ensure precision in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Ensure that results of machining process align with client expectations.
- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to Company standards
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with Fanuc programming for CNC machinery is advantageous.
- Experience with quality control processes and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
