This is a great opportunity to showcase your creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - _**MUST be Fluent in Korean and English in speaking and writing.**_ - _**Full-Time**_ - _**8 hour shift**_ - _**Hybrid work model > You'll work out of the Coquitlam office with a hybrid work model.**_ **Responsibilities**: - Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts. - Manage and maintain the company's websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role. - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends. **How to Apply**: **Salary**: $39,520.00 per year Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required **Language**: - Korean (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coquitlam, BC V3K 6X9
