What you’ll do:

- Report to the Product Marketing Manager.
- Develop Travel specialists within each centre across the province.
- Promote and support different areas of specialization - product and lifestyle categories.
- Work with centre leadership and Trave Counsellors to achieve specialized targets.
- Develop and update personalized and one on one, and online training initiatives, that support Travels strategic plan.
- Communicate detailed assessments to Travel Supervisors and Member Service Managers based on centre visits, one on one training, as well as Travel Counsellors performance reports/
- Research industry trends to understand if training programs are meeting the needs of our business and Travel Counsellors.

What you’ve done:

- Post secondary education in Travel is preferred.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in travel sales or a related field.
- Bonus points for previous leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring roles.
- Proficient with online learning development and development tools.
- You have strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- You have the ability to accommodate travel within the province.
