Our client, a well-respected, boutique law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto needs a **Legal Debt Collector** to join its team. This firm's mission is to provide the very best service to its clients, treating its client's customers with respect while allowing them to maintain their dignity.

Experience in prime and subprime lending/collection experience is considered an asset.

Law firm experience is a must.

**Responsibilities include**:
Conducting skip tracing and motor vehicle tracing to locate debtors and secure assets.

Arranging for and supervising motor vehicle seizures.

Conducting asset searches and analysis to support legal proceedings.

Drafting various demands, notices, warrants, claims and other debt collection and litigation documentation.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

**Requirements include**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
