Pattison High School (PHS) is a well-established and reputable independent high school located in downtown Vancouver that supports local and international student from 20+ countries. At PHS, "We do not teach a class; we teach individual students in a class". **Student Recruitment**: - Develop potential markets networking and student recruitment strategies and activities - Organize marketing activities in both Canadian and overseas markets, focus on Mexico, South American, Europe and Asian area. - Prepare promotion materials in English & other languages, especially in Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and etc. - Organize and assist in marketing campaigns and activities through various social medias - Communicate and support educational partners locally and overseas - Organize and assist education fairs locally and overseas Consultation: - Counsel and advise on potential students from different cultural and countries and areas that are assigned - Counsel and problem solving for current students on a daily basis - Handle parents/custodians' concern and questions **Student Services**: - Assist in Parent/Custodian Night which occurs once every semester - Coordinate in school uniform and YMCA membership arrangements - Act as liaison between teachers and students/parents when needed - MyEdBC system access to support students attendance and communication - Monitor and follow up with students/custodians/parents for attendance on a daily basis - On-going student monitor and interview re academic performance and personal growth **Admissions**: - Create files based on the checklist of admissions documents for the students - Follow up with students for the missing documents and updated information **Qualifications / Experience**: - Student recruitment experience and networking - Familiar with BC secondary education system - Work experience and passionate about the international education industry - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, and Social Media - Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to take on a variety of roles and responsibilities - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Pleasant with mature manner and positive attitude - Self-motivated, reliable, dependable, and responsible with professional work ethics - Willing to grow and learn, and interested in keeping up with personal and professional development - Demonstrate respect for other cultures and background - Represent the school positively and professionally **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Extended health care **Experience**: - student recruitment: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English and Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean and etc (preferred) Work Location: In person
