As a CNC router operator for plastic cutting, the job duties typically include:

- Prepare and set up the CNC router machine for cutting plastic materials, ensuring all necessary tools (e.g., router bits) are installed correctly.
- Calibrate the machine to ensure accurate cutting, measuring, and positioning for precision.
- Select and load the appropriate plastic material (such as acrylic, PVC, or polyethylene) onto the CNC router bed.
- Modify programs as needed for different cut shapes, sizes, or depths.
- Operate the CNC router, starting and stopping the machine as necessary during the cutting process.
- Monitor the operation for any issues like excessive vibrations, incorrect cutting, or material defects.
- Inspect finished plastic parts for dimensional accuracy, smoothness, and overall quality.
- Use measurement tools (like calipers, micrometers, etc.) to check the cut parts against specifications.

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret CNC programs.
- **Must have atleast 1-2 years of experience before as CNC Router operator.**:

- Knowledge of machine operation, including adjusting speeds, feeds, and tool paths to optimize plastic cutting.
- Proficiency in setting up the CNC router, including loading materials and securing them.
- Ability to calibrate the machine for precise cutting dimensions and tool accuracy.
