We’re hiring **Concrete Formwork Laborers** to join our growing team. If you’re hard-working, safety-conscious, and eager to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Help set up and remove concrete formwork for walls, slabs, and foundations
- Carry tools and materials around the site
- Place and vibrate concrete in forms
- Assist with concrete pours and surface cleanup
- Support carpenters and supervisors to keep projects on track
- Follow all safety protocols on busy job sites
- Heavy lifting and climbing may be required on some job sites

**What You Bring**:
Construction or general labor experience (preferred but not required)
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Safety training and PPE (we’ll help with that if needed)

Pay: $23.70-$30.70 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
