Laborer Foreman

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in concrete construction? We’re looking for a **Laborer Foreman** to lead and supervise general labor crews on our active formwork job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to keep a site moving, a crew motivated, and safety top of mind.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Supervise and direct laborers handling materials, stripping forms, preparing pour sites, and general site cleanup
- Support carpenters and crane operations with material movement and form setup
- Ensure tools, formwork equipment, and materials are staged efficiently
- Organize and participate in concrete placing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
- Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety policies
- Communicate daily with site supervisors and project managers to stay on schedule
- Heavy lifting and climbing may be required on some job sites

**What You Bring**:
3-5+ years of experience in concrete construction or general labor (formwork preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and follow site instructions and schedules
Knowledge of safety procedures, tool handling, and material logistics
Reliable, physically fit, and capable of working outdoors in all weather

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
