Acting as a delegate to the Experience Manager, you are a people-oriented supervisor who effectively coaches and motivates staff. You share your experience and knowledge to assist the team in hitting their sales goals and targets as you’re considered a solid performer because you’re able to hit your own sales goals and targets. Afterall, a team that works together, wins together
Your typical workday will also be full of interaction and engagement with members and potential members ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors. You do this by matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people. You are available to answer questions regarding membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.
**Qualifications**
We know the experience we’re looking for can come from a wide range of industries so we’re looking for 2+ years of related customer experience and 1+ years of sales experience. Of course, we expect that when we meet, you can articulate how you have achieved sales success and delivered meaningful customer growth in your past experiences. You are also able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends.
**Availability**
Open availability to work shifts Sunday to Saturday. Shifts scheduled range from club opening, morning, afternoon, evening and club closing.
