Taiso Gymnastics is home to many different levels of artistic gymnastics. We run recreation programs for boys and girls, beginners through advanced, aged 2 to adult. We are proud to be the only club in Saskatoon that offers both men’s and women’s competitive programs.

Our aim is to offer fun and safe gymnastics focusing on the overall development of the athletes through the sport of gymnastics.

We aim for a fun, safe and structured recreation program that focuses on a progressive approach to learning, development and improvement.

We want to help all the athletes, at any level, achieve their goals.

We hope to build strong gymnasts both mentally and physically.

We strongly feel that every program and every athlete is important and valued.

Responsibilities may include:

- Recreation coach development, supervision and mentorship.
- Coaching when needed.
- Following duties laid out by the Head Coach, Executive Director and Board of Directors
- Working with the Executive Director on recreation program recruitment, registration and development.
- Some administrative duties
- Assisting in club events as needed

Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 years coaching experience preferred
- Certified in Gymnastics Foundations—may accept trained status for those willing to achieve certification within 12 months
- Respect in Sport
- First Aid and CPR C or willingness to obtain
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
