As a Sales Representative, you will be working in Costco and Canadian Tire locations within the city as well as Trade and Home Shows. You are the first point of contact to provide potential buyers with an exceptional experience and deliver outstanding customer service.

Your primary goal is to engage potential clients, educate them about our products such as air conditioning and furnaces and answer questions. You should be an individual that thrives on challenges, enjoys engaging in conversation, can build rapport quickly with people, and is interested in a career in sales.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
1. Attract and communicate with potential clients in locations working from a kiosk setup, informing them about our home comfort solutions, selling products, answering questions, and booking on-site estimates

2. Upload & update new client information into our database

3. Support the Lennox/Costco marketing campaigns and initiatives

**What We Are Looking For**:
1. **2-3 years customer service and face to face sales experience required.**

2. A self-starter that is enthusiastic about the company you work for.

3. You have a team player attitude with a sociable personality that enjoys working with people.

4. You are a driven individual who is motivated by performance-based incentives and bonuses.

5. You have a business mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.

6. You are passionate about sales and marketing.

7. Someone who has thick skin and can handle rejection.

8. Can stand on their feel for 6-9 hours.

9. This position requires someone who can work 5 days a week which may include weekends. Locations are open 7 days a week therefore, this is not just a Monday to Friday position.
