From our incredible product line of iconic brands, Stay Fresh offers you an inspiring, fashion-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow. We want to deliver extraordinary experiences and build lasting relationships with our customers and employees.

We are looking for seasonal workers that can start within a week. This will be at a popup location in metrotown.

**Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following**:

- Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Stay up-to-date with all sneaker and streetwear brands and products carried in store
- Exceed all sales and service goals and targets
- Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price change, and related sales support tasks
- Resolve all customer service issues and partner with selling management on any issues outside of guidelines
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Previous sales experience in similar field is an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday availability
- Has a strong understanding of current and emerging trends in fashion
- Possesses broad range of product knowledge across all merchandise categories in the store
- Efficient and learns procedures quickly
- Detail oriented
- Motivated to sell and excel in customer service
- Positive work attitude
- Strong social media presence and understanding is an asset
- Goal driven

**Language Requirements**:

- English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- Burnaby, BC V5H 4M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
