**WHAT YOU DO**

STORMTECH is looking for a part time/permanent enthusiastic and customer centric Sales Associates to join our outlet store. This is a part time, permanent position with great Company benefits, perks, and opportunities for advancement.

**MAIN JOB DUTIES**
- Greet customers and build rapport in a friendly, sincere and courteous manner.
- Exemplify an optimistic and energetic presence with general interactions with customers and your team.
- Generate loyalty in the store by sharing Stormtech membership benefits with every customer
- Ask open ended questions to learn customer needs and provide helpful solutions.
- Explain features and benefits of products to customers.
- Help customers in and out of the fitting room, staying attentive to their needs for sizes and alternative options.
- Help with merchandising store; stocking, unpacking and preparing new merchandise for the sales floor. Help maintain store appearance.
- Support the store operations by accurately and efficiently completing POS sales transactions.

**SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience is required
- Retail sales experience is an asset
- Knowledge of point of sale systems are an asset

**POSITION DETAILS**
- Part
- time, permanent position, located in Burnaby, BC
- The Associate is expected to be in-store during peak operating hours which may require evenings, weekends and/or holiday times.
