**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally eligible to work and operate as an independent contractor.
- Maintain **liability insurance** and/or WSIB coverage.
- Ability to sign a subcontractor agreement.
- Previous **1 year experience** in residential and/or commercial cleaning.
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices, equipment, and products.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
- Must have access to reliable cleaning equipment and supplies (or use company-provided supplies if arranged).
- **Reliable transportation** to and from job sites.
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct with clients.
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, or weekends depending on contracts).
- Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Criminal background check may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 35 per week
