**Client Relationship Administrator**

Clearstone CPA Professional Corporation is a personable public accounting firm located on the Mississauga/Etobicoke borderline. It is a very professional, progressive, and technologically advanced firm with a strong sense of values. We are seeking a suitable individual to join and grow with the firm. We provide accounting, tax, assurance, and business advisory services to owner-managed businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send engagement letters to clients for signature using our online e-signature platform.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including entering new clients into the system and setting up jobs in accordance with the terms outlined in the engagement letters.
- Once a job is completed, generate a report to identify which clients require signature pages to be sent through the e-signature portal and which clients need to be invoiced.
- Collect signed signature pages and save them in the appropriate client folder.
- Share the final package with the client once both the signed documents and payment are received.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the system is consistently updated to reflect the latest status of each job.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
