**ADP is hiring a Outsourcing Integration Consultant** **WHAT YOU'LL DO: (Responsibilities)** **Manage the integration of clients into the HRO environment**: The OIC is a dedicated resource within the HRO implementation team, working with ADP's largest clients and with high visibility to the client and ADP leadership teams Demonstrates top-tier facilitation skills and high influence capability to ensure on-time and successful project delivery and service model transition Works to implement the project plan provided by the Project Manager, utilizing effective collaboration and project management skills, and ensuring proactive and effective communications with the project teams and stakeholders Defines and documents the roles and responsibilities of both the client and ADP HRO Service team, including enhancements to improve the client's processes and service model Facilitates discussions with the client and within ADP to create a custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document, reviews updates with all stakeholders and presents/reviews the final document with the client and the ADP HRO Service team Manages and guides the client through a full change management plan to ease the process of transitioning from their current environment into an outsourced model Supports client training on various tools and systems Participates in testing cycles (UAT and Parallel) prior to first live run to verify set up and readiness for production Provides guidance on Canadian payroll legislation as required **Payroll Processing**: Processes first payroll cycle from start to finish, in collaboration with the dedicated Service team Handles all regular payroll duties associated with live payroll processing (entry, audit, post payroll tasks, etc.) Coordinates tasks with the HRO service team, where applicable **Transition Account to HRO Service Team**: Documents client specifics to support transition process, including developing an action plan for any outstanding requirements Provides training, mentoring and guidance to Service Delivery team with respect to client specifics Provides support for two additional processing cycles **EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: (Required Qualifications)** Bachelor's degree and/or certification in Payroll and/or HR related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge and experience with Canadian payroll and legislation 5 years or greater experience in a payroll practitioner role, managing end-to-end payroll processing Year-end experience with CRA, MRQ, all provincial WCB filings and provincial health tax filings Experience working with upper market to Nationals size corporations Excellent time management skills Above average communication skills, comfortable interacting and communicating with stakeholders in all levels of the business, including senior leadership Understanding of project management methodology to support overall project execution, risk identification and management Software implementation experience required Proficient using Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills Advanced numeric/logic skills required to participate in testing and troubleshooting complex calculations, union requirements and custom programming Self-starter attitude, able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines Ability to work independently or within a team Knowledge of HR and Time & Attendance practices and ADP systems knowledge would be beneficial in this role Just some of the reasons why you'll love working here: You can be your healthiest.
