Part Time Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Proficient computer skills for using reservation systems and other hotel software

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.25-$16.00 per hour
