- Produce insightful business analytics related to the distribution centres, transportation, contract packaging, and time critical teams.
- Using customer data to visualize, analyze, and simplify the performance picture it is not just boxes going from point A to point B.
- Work proactively with key business partners to identify opportunities and to drive transformational business growth initiatives, which deliver customer and shareholder value and meet targets as agreed with company senior leadership.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- University/College degree in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant and demonstrable experience in the business intelligence and analytics field and 3+ years of experience in a leadership role as this is a hands-on role.
- Coding skills in languages such as, SQL (must-have) and PySpark/ Python (preferred).
- Strong understanding in SQL programming language and cloud-based platforms (Azure, Snowflake, others).
- Ability to work on data science tools (R, Python, Apache Spark, others) is preferred.
- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI (must-have).
- Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics/technology projects.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to engage and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in supply chain or transportation industry is a plus.
