Product Strategy Manager

You will think creatively about product strategy and experienced in the research required to explore challenging questions and scenarios. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify strategic issues, growth opportunities, providing expertise and industry insights. You will use their unique experience to develop data-driven insights to enable the Product team to provide business solutions for the future.

**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the VP, Core Products and Strategy.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**
- Lead the Product Strategy Analyst as they contribute to and develop product strategies
- Conduct market research which includes the identification of new trends, concepts and businesses to formulate strategies that will profitably grow the corporation according to the strategy
- Provide leadership and oversee the development of strategies, frameworks, metrics, processes and tools that create strategic planning decisions, governance and business operations
- Develop financial models and business cases to present coherent and impactful strategy recommendations to leadership in collaboration with other teams
- Manage product planning sessions, evaluate new market trends and competitive opportunities/threats, and develop a view on industry changes and forces at play
- Demonstrate creativity and having heuristics around the Payments business
- Manage, solicit and obtain feedback from clients, sales, partners and other channels, working with the broader team to lead both short
- and long-term solution roadmaps
- Take accountability for relevant client and partner relationships

**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**
- 3+ years’ experience overseeing the development and implementation of product strategy; with a comprehensive understanding of user experience, product management, and relationship management skills with ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce
- Master’s degree or other professional designation in Business or Strategy is considered an asset
- Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations to Executives, partners and a senior level audience
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience identifying opportunities, gaps or improvements, and recommending solutions to complex issues
- Previous experience in the FinTech, financial services or payments industry considered an asset
