**Care & Company** is a leading provider of in-home care services in Greater Victoria, BC.
We are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, helping them to live independently in their own homes.

**Position**: Caregiver

**Employment**: Part-Time/ Casual / Contractor

**Compensation**: $23-$25 per hour based on experience. Weekends are incentivized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with showering, medication blister packs, exercise guidance, dressing, light housekeeping, etc.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

**Qualifications**:

- Caregiver experience (personal care, dressing, bathing, toileting)
- HCA Certificate.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector and references.
- First Aid or CPR Level C.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Legally approved documentation to work in Canada.
- Valid BC driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. (Not essential, but it would be a strong advantage)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR/First Aid Level C/CRC for Vulnerable Sector (required)
