Job Canvasser

**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our initiatives, and gathering valuable feedback. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and making a positive impact in their neighborhoods.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to inform residents about our programs and initiatives.
- Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collect data and feedback from residents to help improve our services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and responses.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve effectiveness.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about our mission and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for community engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of data collection methods is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or canvassing is preferred but not required.
- Must have valid Drivers License, Company vehicle provided

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
