**Job Description**:
En tant que Technicien en règlement de décès, vous aurez à étudier et procéder au règlement des prestations de décès, du vivant et d’exonérations de primes de l’assurance individuelle et collective. Vous aurez à analyser les conditions médicales des clients et de vous assurer de la conformité des dossiers en fonction des lois en place.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes- Étudie la demande d’assurance vie en conformité avec le Code Civil, la Loi des Assurances, le contenu du jugement de divorce ou du mandat d’inaptitude et, s’il y a lieu, le testament.- Collecte toute l’information nécessaire pour la prise de décision au dossier auprès des différents intervenants.- Autorise les prestations de décès jusqu’à 75 000 $.- Émet les chèques d’assurance vie en conformité avec les règles qui régissent les contrats et les bénéficiaires et émet les feuillets de taxation correspondants.- Effectue les exonérations des primes lors du décès d’un preneur, à cet effet, établit le nouveau preneur et enregistres les nouvelles données au système informatique.- Au besoin, créé des extraits d’émission ou de modification à La Capitale gestion financière, met à jour les systèmes et le registre de décès.- Vérifie et analyse l’admissibilité de l’assurance à la garantie d’assurance invalidité à partir des documents soumis par les employeurs, les médecins et les adhérents, et ce, en tenant compte des stipulations contractuelles.- Analyse la condition médicale de l’assuré et prend la décision d’acceptation ou de refus pour les dossiers d’exonération de primes.- Voit à l’intégration des montants reçus des organismes payeurs et à la vérification des chèques émis.- Concilie mensuellement les différents rapports statistiques relatifs à la production de chèques.

Vos talents et qualifications- Diplôme d’études collégiales en technique administrative, option assurance ou l’équivalent.- Trois années d’expérience dans la gestion de décès et invalidité.- Bonne connaissance des lois sociales en assurance individuelle.- Bonne connaissance de la langue française tant parlée qu’écrite.- Maîtrise des logiciels applicables à la fonction.- Purpose :_
