- Oversee the daily operations of commercial and industrial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance work.
- Monitor and manage building automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. *Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in building operations or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a building operator or maintenance technician, preferably in commercial or industrial properties.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on-call hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call Experience:

- Maintenance: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
