**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of building maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory management.
- Perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.
- Oversee minor construction projects or renovations within the facility as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various building systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documents.
- Experience with welding is a plus but not required.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
