**We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our team in our Burnaby branch.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements via workshops, site visits, user cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Translate business requirements to functional specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to both business users and developers
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Research and develop methods to improve the efficiency and productivity of business practices
- Participate in the selection of any software solutions that the organization may opt to use.
- Act as a liaison between business users and the product team or vendor
- Involvement in all levels of SDLC down to the implementation
- Provide after-implementation user training and high-level support

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of domain knowledge in wholesales/retail, distribution, and e-commerce
- 5+ years experience with data structure, entities, relationship, and data integration
- 3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
- 2+ years of experience working with MS Power BI, Power APP and MS Office
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, comprehension)
- Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is an asset
- Certificate in business or computer science is an asset
