Let's Get Moving is a reputable and customer-focused moving company, providing exceptional moving and storage services to clients across various locations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team preferably a bilingual female who is comfortable speaking English as well as Spanish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Listen attentively to customers' issues and concerns, showing empathy and providing appropriate solutions.
- Investigate claims by gathering all relevant information from the customer and other involved parties.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information and reach a resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our customer database.
- Collaborate with team members to identify patterns or recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Handle escalated complaints and ensure that customers' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience, with a focus on complaint resolution and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathize with customers and build rapport.
- Effective listening skills to understand the underlying issues and concerns of customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think creatively and provide suitable solutions.
- Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (Language skills in Spanish and/or Punjabi are a plus).
